The Position: We’re looking for Direct Support Professionals. Starting pay that we’re offering is $10.75.+ Renaissance essential worker hero pay of 15% increase ($1.61) + $2 State of Michigan Premium pay= $14.36/hour!

$200 Sign On Bonus!

Requirements:

18 years old or older

High School Diploma or equivalent

Pass a background check

Good Driving record preferred

Responsibilities:

Assist people with either developmental disabilities or mental illness in a small group home setting.

Prepare, serve and assist with meals

Pass medications

Assist with fun activities

The Location: Renaissance Community Homes is based in Adrian Michigan and serves people in Washtenaw, Livingston, Jackson, Hillsdale and Lenawee Counties. We have worksites in Howell, Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, Adrian, Jackson, Hillsdale, Tecumseh, Jonesville, and Dexter Michigan.
