Spa Receptionist - HMB & Burlingame

Highly acclaimed Oceanic Foot Spa is hiring a receptionist.

AM shifts (MORE): 9:30am - 3:15pm

PM shifts 3:00pm-8:45pm

Shifts are in Half Moon Bay, and Burlingame. Must be available for both locations.

It can be up to 5 shifts. . Please indicate your availability.

COMPENSATION

Hourly pay $19.00, please 5% commission on selling packages

REQUIREMENTS

1.EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS.

We see our front desk/receptionist as the utmost important role. Candidate must possess great customer communication skills, be friendly to all customers and make them feel at home.

2.ORGANIZED, ON TIME, ATTENTION TO DETAILS.

All customers service and inquiries are with front desk, so first rate of effective, efficient and organized work habits are important.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Answer the phone and email for service booking and scheduling with proper phone etiquette and a smile

- Greet customers and provide excellent service: checkin & checkout

- Other light office tasks, checking on spa cleanness

- SMILE, SMILE & SMILE
