Dental hygienist (Part time)

We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our private dental practice on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a supportive clinical environment focused on quality, comfort, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and non-surgical periodontal therapy (scaling and root planing).

Periodontal charting, and oral cancer screenings.

Take digital radiographs in accordance with state regulations.

Educate patients on individualized oral hygiene practices, preventive care strategies, and overall oral–systemic health links.

Review and update patient medical histories and chart accurately in the practice management system.

Maintain infection-control protocols and ensure operatory cleanliness and instrument sterilization.

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate of $43 to $46, based on experience and skill level.
