We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Soldering Assembly Technician to join our team in Kansas City, Missouri. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling electronic components and utilizing advanced soldering techniques to create high-quality circuit boards and electronic devices.Perform manual and automated soldering techniques to assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs)Interpret and follow technical diagrams, schematics, and work instructions accuratelyAssemble, modify, and repair electronic components and equipment as requiredConduct thorough visual inspections and quality checks on completed assembliesMaintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols and proceduresCollaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines efficientlyIdentify and report any defects or issues in the assembly process to ensure quality standards are metAssist in troubleshooting technical problems and implement solutions as neededParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality in the production process
