As a Family Service Director (FSD), you guide families through some of life’s most meaningful decisions. You help them plan ahead, honor loved ones, and find peace during emotional moments, while building a stable, rewarding career with uncapped income.

What You’ll Do:
-Support families making cemetery and memorial decisions during at-need situations
-Educate families on the value of planning ahead and guide them through pre-need arrangements
-Work with Funeral Directors to ensure seamless and supportive service
-Present property options, memorial products, and planning programs
-Manage leads, appointments, and family follow-ups using our proven processes
-Build relationships within the community, faith organizations, and cultural groups
-Make a meaningful impact while achieving strong financial rewards

Expected Annual Earnings: $110,000–$150,000

Training & Development:
No experience in funeral or cemetery sales?
We will train you.

If you have experience in real estate, insurance, senior care, ministry, automotive sales, financial services, or other relationship-based roles, your skills will translate extremely well.
