Electronics Recycling Technician (Temporary - 2 Weeks)

Position: Electronics Recycling Technician (Temporary - 2 Weeks)

Location: 1210 W Alameda Dr, Tempe, AZ 85282

Pay: $18 per hour (cash)

Hours: 40 hours/week, 9am to 5pm, Mon-Fri. Paid 30min lunch.

Expected start date: ASAP.

Description:

- Loading/unloading pallets off of trucks.

- Testing electronics and separating broken from functional.

- Breaking down broken electronics for recycling with hand tools and power tools.

- Building/repairing/replacing parts on computers.

- Cleaning electronics for repurpose/resale.

- Customer service with customers who come in to drop off their old electronics for recycling.

Requirements:

- Schedule: 9am to 5pm, Mon-Fri, with a half hour lunch.

- Reliable transportation.

- Ability to lift 50lbs. - VERY important.

- Good work ethic.

- Willingness to learn (and a quick learner).

- Attention to detail.

- Show up on time.

This is a temporary two-week position to get us caught up on our backlog. Prior experience is not required. We will teach you everything you need to know. We just need an extra set of hands for a couple weeks.
