Bring your bookkeeping, payroll and reporting skills and join the team!

Required skills and responsibilities:

Revenue and expenditure tracking

Monthly bank reconciliation

General ledger procedures

Semi-monthly payroll and tax deposits

Record and pay accounts payable

Analyze financial data

Create reports for management

File 1099 Forms and Payroll tax reports

Work with CPA for annual tax reporting

Qualifications

Associates or Bachelors Degree in Accounting preferred

2 years bookkeeping experience with working knowledge of Excel and Word

Background check required

Flexible Schedule or 9Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm
