Property services company, looking for skilled subcontractor

We are a local property Services Company looking for a skilled tile/drywall/general maintenance individual that can do quality work on a job-by-job basis. This is 1099 work, completion time is predetermined regardless of time on job this works to your advantage if you are good at what you do! Pay is based on $30/Hr. All materials are supplied, and job is paid out when inspected and finished. Must have your own transportation and tools. We have jobs ready to start immediately.
