We are a trusted tax preparation firm, and the ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, including business owners, individuals, and real estate professionals. There is a lot of room to grow within our firm for a dedicated professional.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors.

Utilize Microsoft Excel extensively for reporting, tracking data, and creating spreadsheets.

Manage and maintain office records and databases with high accuracy.

Support daily office operations and administrative tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proficient in Excel (intermediate to advanced skills required).

Proven track record of reliability and strong time management.

Exceptional customer service skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.

Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-energy work environment effectively.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

A college degree is a plus.

Previous administrative experience preferred.
