Supervisor / Project Manager / Site Contractor

We are a well established paving and concrete company seeking an experienced and reliable Supervisor/Project Manager/Site Contractor to oversee day-to-day operations on multiple construction projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong communicator and skilled in managing crews, workflow and jobsite quality from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all phases of paving, concrete, excavation and utility projects

Coordinate jobsite activities, equipment, schedules and subcontractors

Ensure projects are completed safely, on time and within budget

Read and interpret plans and project documents

Conduct quality control checks and trouble shoot issues on site

Communicate clearly with clients, inspectors and internal teams

Track progress and materials

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Knowledge of safety protocols
