Chief of Moving Parts & Future Equity Partner

The Mission: I’m a serial entrepreneur architecting a portfolio of multiple startups in Santa Fe and I need help taking things to the next level. I have several startups in different phases. Two of them have new locations are set to open in the next few weeks. This ranges from a hat-making workshop, a retreat center, to a real estate development project and multiple product launches. The vision is big, the workload is heavy, and the potential is measured in millions if we can execute.

I am not just hiring an employee. I am recruiting a future partner. This role is the proving ground. It starts as the operational backbone; it evolves into an equity stake and shared leadership for the person who demonstrates they can keep the ball moving relentlessly forward.

The Role: Chief of Moving Parts & Execution Catalyst

You will be the human system that ensures nothing falls through the cracks across all ventures. You will transform ideas into executed tasks.

Phase 1: Foundation (Part-Time, Flexible)

- Digital Execution: Upload products, update websites (Squarespace/Shopify), build web sites, run basic SEO, design assets in Canva or similar.

- Operational Triage: Track all projects, manage and set priorities, follow up on stalled items, organize digital/files.

- Launch Support: Assist in planning for events, retreats, and initial business setups.

Phase 2: Build-Out & Ownership (Path to Full-Time)

- Ground Game: Supplement part time income with work in our physical shop if needed, this will also help you understand one of the businesses from the ground up. (But this is actually necessary just an option)

- Scale & Manage: Help hire, train, and manage new team members as ventures scale.

- Lead Projects: Take full ownership of launching specific ventures and events

- Strategic Partnership: Earn equity in projects you help bring to life. Your reward is directly tied to our shared execution and success.

- Competitive Base Compensation for initial part-time work, with pay increases every 6 months. Moving to six figure salary in 12-18 months.
