Pastry chef/ Baker Position

Experience with French Macaron, Croissant, Breads, Pies, Tarts, Cakes, Cookies, Muffins and Scones We continue to expand we are looking for someone with experience to help us produce quality organic, gluten free and vegan pastries for our retail store and farmers markets.

Should be passionate about baking and ability to work well with others, as wll as alone,

Individual should possess time management skills

Some of the responsibilities include:

Scaling and baking recipes accurately

Mix various ingredients to create fillings for cakes and pies

Prepare custom-made cakes based on customers’ preferences

Inventory of baking supplies as needed

Safe Serve Sandards

Flexable schedule, weekends required.
