The Bath Remodeling Center is a full-service remodeling company located in Cary, NC specializing in residential bathroom and closet remodels. We pride ourselves on being a one-stop-shop: from design selection in our showroom through to delivery and installation. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dependable Warehouse & Delivery Associate to join our team and help ensure materials get to clients and job sites efficiently and safely.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a hardworking, reliable Warehouse & Delivery Associate to assist with receiving, loading, transporting, and delivering building materials, fixtures, and supplies to job sites or customers. This role is critical to keeping our projects on schedule, maintaining quality control, and delivering an exceptional client experience. This is a one-person operation handling both the receiving and job site deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
-Receive, inspect, and organize inventory and materials in the warehouse.
-Load and unload materials and supplies into delivery vehicles.
-Deliver materials to job sites or customer addresses safely and on time, following assigned routes.
-Perform basic vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness, and report any issues or maintenance needs.
-Accurately verify deliveries against packing lists / orders and complete any required delivery paperwork.
-Maintain warehouse organization and assist with general warehouse housekeeping as needed.
Requirements:
-Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
-Able to pass a background check.
-Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs or more safely and repeatedly over the course of a shift.
-Physically fit, reliable, and punctual.
-Comfortable working in different weather conditions and varying job-site environments.
-Good communication skills, ability to work independently, and willingness to collaborate with warehouse and project staff.
Preferred:
-Previous experience in warehouse, delivery, or construction-materials environments.
-Familiarity with basic warehouse tools (pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.).
-Flexibility to occasionally assist with job-site delivery scheduling or last-minute client deliveries.
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly pay - Starting Range of $22-$25/hour based on experience
