Experienced Carpenter

Responsibilities:
Ability to follow and maintain all required safety procedures and processes
Ability to install siding, windows and doors
Safely operate hand and power tools
Use measuring devices and read tape
Maintain a clean, organized job site, handle teardown, and ensure thorough project cleanup according to company standards
Apply exterior and interior finish trim, caulking, and other final details to deliver a high-quality end product
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years residential carpentry experience
Provide own tools relevant to the trade
Ability to read and comprehend blueprints
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to multiple job sites
Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs., and up to 150 lbs. assisted; perform tasks in various job site conditions.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Strong commitment to time management and punctuality.
Standing, walking, climbing and performing physical tasks for extended periods.
