Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper for a full-time, on-site role in Coos Bay, OR. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and analyzing financial reports, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, admin support, and supporting the team with budgeting tasks. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless financial operations at Pacific Properties Management.
Qualifications
Proficiency in bookkeeping, financial record management, and account reconciliation
Experience with invoicing and accounts payable/receivable
Strong analytical skills for preparing and interpreting financial reports and budgets
Proficiency in accounting software (knowledge of AppFolio Property Management Software is a plus)
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management abilities
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in real estate or property management is a plus
