Floating Maintenance Technician

Bickmore Properties is seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician to assist with repairs and improvements in our manufactured homes and duplexes/apartments. This role involves working on homes during tenancy turnover and handling select tenant maintenance requests.

Key Responsibilities:

Repair and maintain homes, including deck building, trim work, painting, and other general improvements beyond on-site maintenance tasks.

Travel between project sites (gas allowance provided).

Communicate effectively with management and work independently.

Identify problems, show initiative, and maintain attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Experience in maintenance, construction, or trade fields preferred.

Ability to work independently and problem-solve efficiently.

Strong communication and reliability.

Compensation:

Hourly pay starting at $23.00/hr, with potential increases based on experience and performance.
