I run a high-end behavioral training company in Portland. We are growing fast because our system works.

I am looking for a Technician.

The Problem:

Most dog trainers are broke because they spend 50% of their time trying to find clients, posting on Instagram, and dealing with tire-kickers.

The Solution:

I handle the Sales. I handle the Marketing. I handle the Admin.

You show up. You train the dog using our proven system. You get paid.

The Job:

This is an Implementation role.

You will be executing a specific A-Z Behavioral Curriculum.

No "magic." No guesswork. It is a system.

Must have a valid Certification and reliable transport.

The Pay:

Performance-based. You eat what you kill, but I provide the food.

We have a massive surplus of leads.
