Luxury Jewelry Sales Specialist

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a dynamic individual who has a great understanding of the fine jewelry world and a strong background in retail sales.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of retail experience within the fine jewelry industry. A high attention to detail is a must and the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills. This is a sales position, but requires a specific skill set of one-on-one customer service along with an in-depth fine jewelry knowledge. The ideal candidate will have the capability of functioning in a tight knit workplace. The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and on a team and must be a self-starter. This is an in-store position with a starting pay range of $26 - $28 per hour depending on experience, plus sales floor commission.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Verifiable, excellent sales and customer service skills.

Solid understanding and experience with Shopify POS + MacOS.

Self motivated, hard working, and able to work with a team, along with a positive attitude.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Highly organized, able to follow direction.

Punctual, excellent time management skills along with a workflow discipline
