About the Position

We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and experienced individual to join our team as an Automotive Buyer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and purchasing vehicles that meet our company’s standards. This role requires strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build relationships with dealerships, private sellers, wholesalers, and auction representatives.

Responsibilities

Source and purchase vehicles from dealerships,

Inspect vehicles for condition, mileage, accident history, title status, and overall value

Evaluate valuation guides (, CarFax, etc.)

Negotiate purchase prices to meet company profit targets

Coordinate vehicle pickup, transportation,

Maintain an organized record of purchased vehicles and vendor communication

Stay updated on current automotive market trends, pricing changes, and high-demand models

Build and maintain strong professional relationships within the automotive industry

Qualifications

Previous experience in automotive purchasing, dealership operations, wholesale, or auctions preferred

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
