· Required to perform duties in safe and efficient manner

· Package fresh meat in bags or film

· Load packages into machinery

· Box and weigh up fresh meat products

· Weight fresh meat

· Place labels on packages and trays

· Apply bone guard to fresh meat

· Dust bone saw particles off fresh meat

· Learn meat cutting skills

· Cutting trim

· Push/Pull pump jack

· Sanitation duties as assigned

· Adhere to all corporate safety procedures

· Comply with all personal protection equipment (PPE) requirements

· Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures

· 10-12 Hours worked daily
