Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled Solar Installers with hands-on experience installing Rooftop Solar, Tesla Powerwall and Enphase batteries, as well as performing main electrical panel upgrades. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working with a team. Tesla, Enphase and OSHA Certifications Preferred
Responsibilities:
Install residential and commercial solar PV systems according to plans and code requirements.
Install and commission Tesla Powerwall and Enphase battery systems.
Ability to perform main electrical panel upgrades preferred, ensuring compliance with NEC and local codes.
Work with customers to provide a professional installation experience.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after installation.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Ensure job site safety and adherence to OSHA standards.
Train and mentor junior installers as needed.
Qualifications:
3+ years of solar installation experience.
Proven experience with Tesla Powerwall and Enphase systems.
For Crew Lead positions, Journeyman Electrician license (preferred) or equivalent experience.
Ability to read and interpret electrical and structural blueprints.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working on rooftops and in varying weather conditions.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Compensation : $25/hr - $45/hr depending on qualifications and experience
