Looking for Affordable Housing/LIHTC Underwriting Support – Quick Task

Update: Need done by 5 p.m PST today. Project should only take a couple hours for experienced excel users.

Do you have experience underwriting affordable housing or LIHTC real estate?

I’m looking for someone to help with a very straightforward task: Take values from an accrual-based income statement and accurately input them into a provided Excel underwriting template. Every line item should be captured, and you’ll need to create a couple of small supporting tables. Please also ensure all formulas (REF! references) are aligned correctly across the tabs.
