Restaurant Depot Everett is looking for a Seafood Manager to lead our department.

No seafood experience needed — we will train you.

Supervisory or management experience REQUIRED (any industry).

This is a full-time, hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment.

️ JOB DUTIES

Supervise staff and daily department operations

Ensure proper stocking, rotation, cleanliness & merchandising

Oversee receiving and inventory accuracy

Maintain HACCP food safety standards (training provided)

Provide excellent customer service to large buyers

Order product, manage stock levels & reduce shrink

Maintain refrigerated equipment & follow cleaning schedules

️ REQUIREMENTS

MUST have supervisory or management experience

No seafood background needed — we will train

Able to work in coolers/freezers

Lift up to 50 lbs; stand/walk for much of shift

Strong communication and leadership skills
