Assistant Front Of House Manager is responsible to the General Manager for Staff and Customer related Operations.
Employment Requirements
Weekend DAYS (Sat & Sun) AND 2 to 3 Weekday Shifts (flexibility on weekday shifts & hours
FOH Customer Experience
FOH Leadership & Training Experience
Strong Communication & Team working skills
Minimum 1 Year Commitment
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Responsibilities include:
Onboarding & Training of FOH Team
Management of FOH Team & Customers needs
Maintenance of FOH Dining Room
Accountability for Management of cost of labor
Create & Maintain a positive work space and customer experience under pressure
Skills required:
Strong Training & Organizational Skills
Ability to Multi-task
Strong Problem Solving skills & Ability to adapt quickly
Ability to Delegate responsibilities and adaptability to customers and employees needs
Qualifications
1 to 3 years Hospitality Experience REQUIRED
2 professional references
Hourly Rate:$24 to $26 based upon experience
