```Duties```

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing Apartments,

- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner

- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed

- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations

- Respond to maintenance requests

- Ensure compliance with DCA regulations and company policies

```Skills```

MUST- Effective communication skills in English & Spanish, both written and verbal

- Strong ability to maintain and repair various systems and equipment

- Familiarity with task management apps

- Ability to read inspection lists

- Basic understanding of electrical & plumbing systems and troubleshooting techniques

This role requires a candidate who is skilled in maintenance/ Handyman tasks, including logic controllers, apartments maintenance, electrical systems, and leadership. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for performing routine maintenance duties, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with external contractors, Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with various departments and individuals. The ideal candidate should have experience in supervising or leading a team in a maintenance setting.
