Towing company with 3 decades of success looking for full time front desk person to perform a variety of tasks including answering phones, reception and administrative duties.

Towing experience a plus but not necessary.

The ideal candidate will:

Have experience working with a multi line phone system

Have professional telephone manner

Possess strong organizational skills

Have good communication skills

Be able to multitask

Be detail oriented

Be comfortable dealing with a variety of personalities

Have good problem-solving skills

Have the ability to learn to understand the complexities of our businesses

Be proficient in Microsoft Word, and Outlook and have experience with Excel

Be outgoing and team oriented

Bilingual a plus but not necessary

Tasks include but are not limited to:

Answer phones

Front desk reception

Taking and relaying detailed messages

Light tidying up of office common areas
