SALES DEPARTMENT FRONT OFFICE CASHIER

Ace Auto Salvage is a family owned and operated business serving Staten Island for decades.

We are looking for a cashier to service our front counter and support our office staff process payments.

Duties include:

Sorting all invoices

Processing Payments (Cash/Zelle/Credit Card/Checks)

Creating Batch Reports (Wholesale/Retail)

Tallying Different Forms of Payments

Preparing all paperwork for back office admin to put into Quickbooks

Putting bank deposits together

Internal System + Microsoft Excel & Outlook
