Flooring installer

I am looking to hire a reliable, self-employed flooring installer with strong experiences in mostly commercial flooring to add to my crews. Ideal candidates should be skilled in installing carpet tile, glue down carpet LVT/LVP, some sheet vinyl, rubber flooring, and other commercial-grade materials. Must have the ability to read plans, handle site prep, work efficiently, and maintain high-quality workmanship. Transportation is a must. No drugs! Professionalism, strong communication, and the ability to work independently are a plus! There is work available for the right workers.
