Worth It Exterior Cleaning is a community-driven company specializing in pressure washing, soft washing, gutter cleaning, and holiday lighting for both residential and commercial properties. We’re expanding into lawn maintenance, offering mowing, trimming, and aeration services.

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a dependable, detail-oriented part-time technician to handle both exterior cleaning and lawn care tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct pressure washing, soft washing, and gutter cleaning.

Perform lawn maintenance such as mowing, trimming, and aeration.

Arrive punctually and complete tasks efficiently and thoroughly.

Maintain a professional, family-friendly attitude on site.

Safely and effectively operate company equipment.

Follow company policies and procedures diligently.

Requirements:

Reliable vehicle for transportation.

Legally authorized to work in the U.S. with no felonies.

Willingness to work independently and take on responsibility.

Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.

Flexibility to take last minute cleanings and night shifts - we have emergency call-in cleanings and are available 24/7 for these.

Compensation:

$18/hr during training

$22/hr when fully trained

Commission on leads brought in that close
