Concrete Carpenter/Finsher (Foreman)

Hello. I own a small concrete construction company here in Phoenix. I am looking to hire someone to manage the field operations and make sure that the work is getting done correctly. I need someone who is trustworthy, reliable and skilled in concrete from layout to setting forms and finishing. I am picking up work from small patio slabs up to entire house foundations or intricate sports courts.
