Freelance Sewers Needed for small Clothing Brand

I’m looking to bring on 2–3 freelance sewers to help with the sewing production for my clothing brand. beginning January–April 2026, with potential ongoing work after that.

This initial four-month run is already planned and scheduled, but after that I will continue needing garments restocked throughout the year. The exact quantities beyond April will fluctuate based on sales, but there will still be consistent production needs.

You do not need to take everything listed— choose the amount of work that best fits your schedule. I’m open to hiring multiple people and dividing the units based on interest, availability, and skill level. Long-term collaboration is ideal, but short-term workers are also welcome.

What I need sewn (total 235 pieces over 4 months)

January

56 simple small tops — Rate: $20–$30 per finished piece (depending on complexity of peace)

February

25 units — Rate: $35 per finished piece

28 units — Rate: $50 per finished piece

March

28 units — Rate: $50 per finished piece

28 units — Rate: $40 per finished piece

April

40 units — Rate: $50 per finished piece

10 units — Rate: $40 per finished piece

Requirements

- Strong sewing skills

- Access to sewing machine, serger, and presser (or iron)

- References or examples of past work

- Based in or near Los Angeles
