Caregiver for Monday/Tuesday and Occasional Fill In Needed (female)

I'm a 52 year old female quadriplegic and live in Covina. I am looking for a long term female caregiver/companion.

Main Hours:

Monday & Tuesday Mornings from 8:30 to 12:30

Extra hours occasionally through the week, afternoons and evenings or back up for mornings if other caregiver calls out.

Extra hours may vary.

Overnights on occasions as well.

Wages:

Pay begins at $16.50/Hr for an approximately 5 days for training then goes to $20/Hr.

Stating January $21/Hr

Overnight is a flat rate of $180

Duties:

Personal care such as bathing, dressing, hair and make-up, willing to learn medical procedures, cooking and light cleaning etc. Run errands, doctor appointments.

I can only train Wednesday through Sunday.

YOU MUST BE VERY COMMITTED, DEPENDABLE AND FLEXIBLE!

You must have reliable transportation!

A valid driver's license is needed and able to drive a large van.

You will receive a 1099 tax form at the end of the year
