Showing Agent in LA

Company:

Earnest Homes is a tech-driven residential property management company in Sherman Oaks with 500 doors ranging from single-family homes, condos, and apartments under 50 units. We are looking for presentable independent contractors to help out with showings.

Activities:

Show vacant properties to prospective tenants. $40 per showing within 20 miles radius of Sherman Oaks or $30 for within 10 miles.

Qualifications:

Must have own insured vehicle with CA driver license and willing to drive within 20 miles radius of Sherman Oaks.

Must be able to provide a minimum of 3-4 days of availability with a minimum of 3 hours per day during business hours including 1 day from the weekend.

Pass a background check.

Preferably with a Real Estate license but not required.
