Office Management leading to Biz Dev / Sales ($120K)

A growing construction company, with friendly environment, is seeking a NON DRUG USER, including marijuana,

to perform office mgmt including light MS Exel, Word to perform client billing and Job Cost tracking, emails and communications.

Don't need to be an Accountant or a CPA, as the company is Cash Basis Method.

This position will also expose you to Real Estate Development, Construction Project Mgmt. and

Precast Hollowcore Concrete Podium. Currently We are the only GC offering this solution in Calif.

We recently got approved by the City of San Diego, and plan to do the same with the City of Los Angeles.

Company already has 2 projects for Precast Hollowcore Concrete Podium. Biz Dev/Sales

You will be working with Architects, Engineers, SDGE, City, and Subcontractors in the construction trade.

A former employee learned to become a Project Manager Professional (PDP) and moved on to a $100K job.

You don't need to be a college graduate; desire and commitment to better your life is PARAMOUNT

No pot smokers, No BS'ers. I am searching for a HONEST PERSON who can think on their feet and make logical deductions

The position offers chance to learn and grow vs. being stuck in the same job.

Must have COMMON SENSE with ability to learn, take pride in your work (mistake free) and perform

duties and follow instructions with high sense of URGENCY. Entrepreneurship would be a plus.

With my own 44 unit and 56 unit multifamily projects, it's going to get busy in 2026.

If you can perform light office admin, light Biz Dev/Sales (outgoing email and phone followups), $120K is realistic.

The job location is in Central San Diego, Linda Vista/Fashion Valley area.
