Must have:

Speak English

Reliable Transportation

Respect for Customer, Customers Property and Co-Workers

Willingness to take direction

Experience with Carpentry Tools

Own tool belt and hand tools (Hammer, tape measure, speed square.)

Nice to have:

Experience with Demolition, Sheetrock and Tiling Helpful

The right person with the right frame of mind more important than experience.

Job could lead to permanent position.
