Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Acrylic Bath Sales Representative located in Concord CA. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, consulting with clients, and presenting tailored solutions for acrylic bath remodeling projects. Additional responsibilities include preparing quotes, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring excellent service throughout the remodeling process.

Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to close deals effectively

Experience in customer consultation and the ability to assess client needs

Knowledge of acrylic bath remodeling or related home improvement services

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

Time management and organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously

Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer skills

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site appointments

Previous sales or remodeling industry experience is a plus

Experience with KPI's (Key Performance Indicators)

Must have HIS License
