Gardening/Handyman for Vacation Rental Company

Looking for a person with gardening and handyman skills to take care of approximately 20 vacation rentals in the Oxnard and Ventura beach areas. Responsible for outdoor areas of the vacation rentals by keeping yards weed-free and looking nice. Moving trashcans in/out of each property and removing trash from guests that fall between trash days. Minor skills as a handyman are a plus: leaky pipe, change out a toilet flap, etc. If more skills, a plus! You may be asked to help move items with the team on occasion. Must have great attitude, a truck, be able to lift 50lbs, speak conversational english, have a smart phone to receive text and our scheduling softwared, and be a non-smoker. This is a great 5-day a week job and you'll love working with our already professional and dynamic team. Hourly wage plus mileage reimbursement.
