Asphalt Laborer (Rake Man & Shovel Man)
Garcia Civil Contractors LLC is a Heavy Civil construction company seeking skilled Asphalt Laborer (Rake Man & Shovel Man). We are looking for hardworking and motivated individuals who are willing to dedicate their skills to the overall success of the Team. Skills:
Raking, shoveling, and spreading asphalt
Assisting paver/roller operations
Spotting trucks and working around machinery safely
Basic road construction and compaction knowledge
Follows SWMS/JSA and PPE requirements
Strong teamwork, communication, and physical fitness
Compensation:
- $20 per hour
