Part-Time Bookkeeper / Office Assistant

Join a small, well-established accounting firm with a friendly and professional atmosphere!

We’re looking for a young detail-oriented and reliable Entry level Bookkeeper/Office Assistant to join our accounting team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, is organized, and values accuracy and efficiency. Prefer if the person lives close to our office.

Responsibilities include:

Basic bookkeeping and data entry

Assisting with client records and document management

Answering phones and assisting with client communications

General office duties and administrative support

Qualifications:

Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Prior bookkeeping or office experience preferred

Schedule:

Part-time, flexible hours (approximately 20–25 hours per week)

In-office position
