Maintenance Technician
Seeking a reliable and skilled technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling repairs and maintenance for residential properties, CHA Inspections and repairs including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building upkeep.
Responsibilities include:
CHA Inspections and Repairs
Perform general maintenance and repair work for residential units.
Handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting.
Complete work orders in a professional and timely manner.
Conduct property inspections and identify maintenance needs.
Communicate effectively with tenants and management.
Maintain tools, equipment and a clean work area.
Assist with rehabs and unit turns.
Qualifications:
2 years of maintenance or repair experience preferred.
Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
Strong problem solving and time management skills.
Reliable transportation.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Schedule: Full time Mon-Fri with occasional weekend or emergency calls.
