Office Admin - Part - Time Schedule
We’re looking for a reliable, organized Office Admin to join our team and help keep daily operations running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who likes flexibility and can keep multiple tasks moving at once.
Schedule:
Monday & Friday: On-site, 6:30 AM – 1:00 PM (opening the office)
Tuesday – Thursday: Remote (flexible within standard business hours)
Approximately 15–20 hours per week
What You’ll Handle:
Create digital and physical job folders for new projects
Collect subcontractor documentation and verify checklists prior to releasing payments
Organize equipment rentals: dumpsters, porta-potties, cranes, lifts, and more
Maintain clean communication with subcontractors and suppliers
Confirm all field employees submit required paperwork
Review weekly timesheets and ensure hours are correct before payroll processing
Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple moving parts
Solid communication skills and a professional, friendly style
Tech-savvy enough to work efficiently from home (Google Workspace experience is a plus)
Dependable, punctual, and able to consistently open the office at 6:30 AM
Prior admin, construction, or scheduling experience is helpful but not required
