Food Production at Plant Bacon Startup

We're Thrilling Foods, and we make Thrilling Bakon™ - the highest-rated plant-based bacon in the US.

People love Thrilling Bakon™- check out our Instagram to see for yourself. In fact, they love it so much that we need to hire more people to make more Bakon to meet the demand.

We're looking for Production Line Operators to make Bakon at our dedicated production facility near Craig and Lamb. Starting pay is $16/hr. Both part-time and full-time roles are available but we are especially looking for someone to cover the noon-8pm shift Mon-Fri.

Responsibilities:

- Work alongside other Production Line Operators in making our products

- Develop specialization in specific aspects of Bakon production

- Meet daily, weekly and monthly production targets while maintaining sanitation and safety standards

- Communicate effectively with management regarding all operations of the production facility

Requirements

- Maturity - solid interpersonal skills and ability to work well as part of a team

- Reliability - the team needs every member to show up on time, every time

- Enthusiasm and flexibility - we're a small and fast growing company with constant change. If that sounds fun, you'll probably like it here! If it sounds scary, you probably won't.

- Work experience in high-volume food production is strongly preferred, but not strictly required.

- Physical fitness - you will routinely need to lift up to 60lb, safely.

- SNHD food handler card

Compensation

Starting pay is $16/hr, with PTO earned after the first 6mo.
