Support Technician – Full Time
We are looking for a Support Technician to join our small support team in our Broken Arrow office. You will provide technical support for application software used by customers around the world, but mostly in the US.
We are willing to train a candidate with similar technical support or troubleshooting experience in other fields and is eager to learn.
Responsibilities:
Provide phone, email, and remote technical support via teamviewer.
Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.
Document support cases and customer interactions.
Work with team members to resolve complex problems.
Participate in rotating on-call shifts for after-hours support.
Learn and stay updated on our software and features.
Requirements:
Experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or general troubleshooting (related fields welcome — training provided).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Familiarity with Windows, basic networking, and remote support tools.
Able to work independently and as part of a small team.
Preferred (Not Required):
Experience with broadcast or media production systems.
Knowledge of databases, video workflows, or automation systems.
