(Janitorial Light Maintenance Dishwashing Grounds Support)

We’re looking for a responsible, self-motivated Facilities & Support Team Member to help keep our restaurant and bar clean, safe, and running smoothly—inside and out. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in behind-the-scenes work and is comfortable working independently.

Position Overview

This is a multi-function support role that includes:

Janitorial and cleaning duties

Light interior maintenance and basic repairs

Minor exterior grounds maintenance

Dishwashing and kitchen support

This is an early morning to mid-afternoon position, requiring someone dependable, punctual, and capable of working without direct supervision.

Schedules may include weekdays and occasional weekends depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Janitorial / Cleaning

Clean and maintain restrooms, dining areas, bar areas, and back-of-house spaces

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and take out trash and recycling

Restock cleaning and restroom supplies

Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the shift

Light Maintenance

Perform basic maintenance tasks (changing light bulbs, tightening fixtures, minor repairs)

Report larger maintenance or safety issues to management

Assist with organization of storage areas, equipment, and supplies

Minor Exterior Grounds Maintenance

Pick up trash and debris around entrances, patios, and parking areas

Sweep sidewalks, entryways, and outdoor seating areas

Light seasonal tasks such as leaf removal or snow/ice clearing as needed

Help maintain a clean, welcoming exterior appearance

Dishwashing / Kitchen Support

Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment

Maintain cleanliness of dish station and kitchen floors

Assist kitchen staff with basic prep or cleaning tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

Highly reliable, punctual, and responsible

Comfortable working early mornings and maintaining a steady routine

Able to work independently and manage time effectively

Physically capable of lifting, standing, bending, and cleaning

Team-oriented with a willingness to help wherever needed

Prior janitorial, maintenance, dishwashing, or groundskeeping experience is a plus, but not required
