About the Role

Infinity Care Partners is seeking compassionate, resourceful, and organized Concierge Contractors to support newly arriving international healthcare professionals as they begin their lives in the United States. This role provides hands-on assistance with essential appointments, local orientation, errands, and general settling-in support.

Our ideal partner is friendly, dependable, and genuinely enjoys helping others navigate a new environment. You’ll work closely with our deployment and aftercare teams to ensure candidates feel welcomed, prepared, and supported on arrival.

Key Responsibilities

-Welcome and guide candidates upon arrival to Middle Tennessee or Atlanta, GA.

-Assist with essential tasks: appointments, errands, banking, shopping, mobile phone setup, and other relocation needs.

-Coordinate with the ICP Deployment Team to ensure accurate communication on schedules, arrival updates, tasks completed, and candidate needs.

-Maintain accurate logs of time, mileage, and services provided according to program guidelines.

-Represent Infinity Care Partners with professionalism, kindness, and cultural awareness.

Qualifications

-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

-Strong interpersonal skills; able to work with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.

-Highly resourceful, patient, and capable of problem-solving on the spot.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, TEAMS).

-Customer service, hospitality, or community support experience preferred.

-Must be authorized to work as a 1099 independent contractor.
