Plumbers / Helpers New Construction $17-$28 Hr - Part to Full Time.

We are a small plumbing company looking for individuals interested in the plumbing trade. Experience is a plus, but not necessary for starting into the trade. We do a mix of everything from new construction, renovation work, very little service work in both residential and commercial environments.

At this time in the season, hours are variable due to the building phase of the year. We strive to fulfill 40 hours a week, but most weeks are in the upper 20's to lower 30's due to weather and awaiting general contractor's schedules. We also strive to work with people's schedules in a need, case by case.

We work in TN and NC and provide drive time one way dependent on locations of jobsite. We are seeking someone with reliable transportation to and from the job site. We maintain a drug free work environment and we drug test and perform criminal background checks. The plumbing trade consists of working in all environments, being hot/cold, inside/outside, under houses/in attic spaces, etc

If you are interested in getting into this trade to learn plumbing, fuel piping, pipe threading and fitting, repair and service this would be a good opportunity to get into the profession starting out. We do direct deposit payroll, pay weekly, (paid holidays and PTO after 90 days) along with performance raises after 90 days and continues raises as skills progress.

Also, you do not need any tools to get started into the trade, we provide high quality hand tools and power tools for your use. All you need to bring is an interest into the trade and don't mind putting in some hard work at times.
