Accountant - QuickBooks
A fast growing Company in Leander, TX is looking for a part time Accountant/Bookkeeper. We design and manufacture high performance Radio Frequency and Wireless Components. We are expanding and need an experienced Accountant to join the team. It’s a part time position 20 – 30 hours between 9-5 Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will have an opportunity to transition to a full time salaried position within 90 days. We create a family friendly environment where we encourage personal and professional growth. Need someone who is able to work in fast paced environment and perform multiple roles.
Duties include
1. Day to day Accounting duties such as creating orders, Packing list and invoices request payment from customers etc
2. Prepare Monthly reports.
3. Communicate (both written and oral) effectively to the Management and to customers.
4. May work with little or no formally released documentation with minimal supervision.
5. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
6. Manage the office functions such as setup meetings, email customers and other details as needed by Management.
7. Assist in basic HR Functions.
Qualifications
1. Proficiency in QuickBooks.
2. At least 2-3 years accounting experience.
3. Excellent Computer skills with Excel, MS word, Google suite , Pdf, PPT, etc
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
6. Must have a professional appearance and demeanor and have the ability to work well in a team environment
7. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, but not required
8. Need to Start ASAP
