Job Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair major home appliances, including refrigerators, washers/dryers, ovens, dishwashers, and microwaves.

Complete service calls in a timely, professional manner.

Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues and repair recommendations.

Document repairs, upload photos, collect model/serial numbers, and create invoices (training provided).

Install replacement parts and verify functionality.

Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment.

Follow company policies and warranty company guidelines (AHS, CHW, etc.).

Requirements

1–2+ years appliance repair experience (or strong technical/mechanical background).

Ability to diagnose issues with sealed systems, electrical components, motors, and controls.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. when necessary.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Pass background check (required by warranty partners).

EPA certification is a plus but not required.

Samsung/LG factory training is a plus.
