Bouncer type Security Officer - Lacey, Washington

Command Security Inc is seeking experienced, reliable, and proactive bouncer type Security Guards to help ensure the safety and security of our clients' premises.

Position: Security Officer

Location: Lacey, WA

Shift Available: Tuesday-Thursday 11:00am-5:30pm and Friday-Saturday 11am-11:30pm.

Starting Rate is at $20-21, depending on experience

What You'll Do:

-Conduct regular patrols around parking lot in assigned areas to deter unauthorized access and maintain a visible security presence ensuring no theft or incidents are occuring.

-Answering all Walkie Talkie and Phonecalls and work alongside AP. You must be alert and aware of all calls being made to you.

-Checking in with AP hourly by going into the stores making presence known.

-Collaborate with on-site personnel to address security concerns and provide assistance as needed.

-Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, and take appropriate action to resolve situations while adhering to company protocols.

-Maintain accurate and detailed logs of patrols, incidents, and activities during your shift.

-Act as a point of contact for visitors, employees, and contractors, assisting with directions and information as required.

-Accept and Pass down all equipment needed which will be a walkie.

Requirements:

-Must be open on weekends

-Bouncer Type, Must be willing to work at a retail with high theft activity and homeless presence.

-Must be willing to work in highly stressed areas and have great communication skills to de-escalate any situation.

-Must be willing to stand and walk the entire shift.

-Must have a Valid WA Security License.

-Must have at least 8 YRS experience.

-Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.

-Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.

-Comfortable using technology, including company cell phone, walkies, and other communication devices.

-Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.

-Reliable transportation
