Part-Time and Full-time Handyman/Electrician/Plumber

Job Title: Handyman / Maintenance

Location: Milwaukee

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: 18–35/hr (based on experience)

Entry-level to Intermediate (Willing to Train the Right Candidate)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dependable, skilled Handyman to join our team as a full-time or part-time member.

This role involves performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential properties. The ideal candidate is adaptable, eager to learn, and takes pride in quality workmanship. If you have a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills, we’d love to hear from you!

No need to be an expert in everything—the more skills you have, the better, but we value willingness to learn.

Typical Work Includes:

 Painting (interior/exterior)

 Flooring installation (LVP, carpet, etc.)

 Basic plumbing & electrical repairs

Electrical work under supervision of Master Electrician

 Carpentry & drywall installation/repair

 Moderate framing work

 Window & door installation

Requirements:

 Some experience in handyman, maintenance, or construction work.

 Basic knowledge of tools and repair techniques.

 Ability to work independently & manage tasks efficiently.

 Physically capable of lifting heavy objects and working in various conditions.

 Valid driver’s license & good driving record.

 Must pass a background check & drug test.

 Professional attitude & strong time management.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Experience with property maintenance

 Some knowledge of local building codes

 Formal trade certifications (plumbing, electrical, etc.) is a plus, but not required
